Randall G. Stevens has been successfully preparing and trying major, serious injury/damage lawsuits since 1973 in all California Courts, both State and Federal. He specializes in Product Liability matters, Construction Defect lawsuits, Complex & Multi-Party Tort Litigation, Personal Injury & Insurance Defense, Arborist Litigation, and Dispute Resolution.

When retained to handle any litigation, his outstanding training & experience in evaluating each case and thereafter charting the best course for successfully prevailing in the matter is without peer. He personally handles all aspects of the extensive, focused discovery (depositions and all written discovery) required to best prepare the matter for trial, and drafts all legal documents (written discovery, pleadings, pre-trial motions, motions in limine and post-trial appeals) required by the litigation.

His outstanding record in the defense of technical related matters, such as Product Liability lawsuits, Construction Defect cases, and Complex Tort Liability and Multi-party matters, can be attributed to his attention to detail, his engineering education & work experience, and his extensive trial experience & training gained while successfully defending major product manufacturers, General Motors Corporation, Rockwell International Corporation, International Harvester, and many others, in serious injury/damage cases since 1973.

He is a graduate engineer from the University of Illinois, with five years professional, engineering experience working as a Design, Development, Integration and Test Engineer for Rockwell International Corporation. While working as a professional engineer during the day, he studied law at night and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1973 and was thereafter admitted to the State Bar of California and to all California State and Federal Courts.

In 1973, he was hired by GMC's primary Product Liability defense law firm and selected by GMC as one of the original California trial attorneys for the General Motors Corporation Product Liability defense team. In the following 20+ years, he successfully tried many serious injury Product Liability matters for GMC, with the assistance and continued training of the General Motors Engineering Analysis technical staff and continues to successfully handle all  Product Liability lawsuits, Construction Defect cases, Complex Tort Liability & Multi-party matters assigned to him.
